Why does it work?
Learning products help researchers turn specialist knowledge into reusable, accessible training that can reach wider audiences and change behaviour at scale.
- E-learning is effective for practitioner capacity building (Means et al., 2010).
- Training products can be reused across settings. Digital learning resources can be integrated with workshops and adapted across contexts, creating broader reach and stronger knowledge transfer than a single in-person intervention. (Chang, 2005).
- Training toolkits are especially useful in translating health research into clinical practice and patient outcomes (Yamada et al., 2015).
- Commercialisation of knowledge helps convert research into impact evidence. University impact platforms are designed to capture outputs such as teaching materials, software, and digital tools, helping organisations turn research-derived products into economic or societal impact (ProspectIP, 2023).

1. Define the learning journey
We’ll help you define and design your knowledge and visual IP, so your research is recognisable, sellable and scalable. Through our Nifty Curriculum Sprint process, we define your learners, learning outcomes, learning journey, module structure, content, visual products and measures of student success and tracking, to ensure your expertise really makes a difference to practice.
2. Translate insights into actionable content
We turn your expertise into clear, repeatable and memorable content, scripts, visuals and interactive materials to drive behaviour change with our in-house behaviour change expert (our Dr. Jess of neuroscience, no less!).
3. Build engaging learning assets
We develop talking-head videos, animations, interactive activities, workbooks, presentations, infographics, and quizzes, and integrate them into either:
- handy how-to guides
- interactive toolkits
- training workshops
- e-learning platforms
4. Test and refine
We test the final product with users, refine based on feedback, and ensure everything works in practice - not just theory.
5. Train and deliver
We train you to use, update and track data for your new learning product, course or platform, so your impact scales without us!
6. Track and evaluate
We'll work with you to track impact metrics throughout the learning journey, including the number of learners, student success and behaviour change, and long-term use and adoption.
